Senate orders crackdown on bandits flaunting crime cash on TikTok

The Federal Government has formally filed a 13-count criminal charge against six individuals accused of conspiring to violently overthrow the democratically elected government of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu.

The charges, filed at the Federal High Court in Abuja on Monday, include allegations of treason, terrorism, and terrorism financing — offences that carry severe penalties including life imprisonment upon conviction. A seventh suspect, described in court documents as a former state governor, is reportedly still at large.
