MOODY'S NIGERIA RISK SUMMIT HOLDS IN LAGOS TOMORROW

Lagos, Lagos State – By Prime Brief Media

Global credit rating agency Moody's will convene its annual Nigeria Risk Summit at The Wheatbaker Hotel in Lagos on Tuesday, 20 May, under the theme "From Reform to Results," bringing together the country's top economic policymakers, financial sector leaders, and corporate executives.

The summit will provide a platform for assessing Nigeria's evolving credit profile, the effectiveness of ongoing macroeconomic reforms, foreign exchange liquidity conditions, and the monetary policy trajectory. It comes just days after S&P Global Ratings upgraded Nigeria's sovereign credit rating to 'B' with a stable outlook, citing improved macroeconomic stability and the impact of the Dangote Refinery.

Key speakers at the event include the Group CEO of First Bank, the Managing Director of Dangote Refinery, the CEO of MTN Nigeria, and the CEO of Aradel Holdings, alongside senior analysts from Moody's.

"The summit offers investors a direct line of sight into Nigeria's reform journey and the opportunities that are emerging in key sectors," a Moody's spokesperson said.

Prime Brief Media will follow industry reactions and corporate disclosures as this story progresses.
